1. Refund Policy Overview

At Rahlatek, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

Our billing and subscription management is handled through Chargebee and processed via Stripe. We follow industry-standard practices for refunds and cancellations.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds under certain circumstances. Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Important Note

Once you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew.

3. Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period, you can cancel your subscription during the trial without being charged. The trial period length will be clearly communicated when you sign up.

If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you'll be charged according to the plan you selected.

  • The billing portal accessible from your subscription settings
  • Contacting our customer support team

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations are processed immediately, but your access to the service continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

5. Prorated Refunds

Prorated refunds are generally not provided for subscription services. However, we may consider prorated refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented access to the service for extended periods
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Significant changes to service features that materially affect your usage
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and services. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

7. Processing Time

When a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and may take longer during holidays or weekends.
